  • What are some first steps a home buyer can take to start the process of building a home?

    Find a good banking lender and get pre-approved. If you like, we can suggest a preferred lender. When you meet with the builder, have in mind your approximate price point. That will help the builder provide the best options for your house plan, amenities, and location to build.

  • Do you only build on lots you own, or can you build on land I already own?

    We can build on our lots/tracts or yours. Also, we can provide the construction loan, or we can work with your pre-established lender.

  • How long does it take to build our home?

    After agreeing on a contract, we will start construction in about 4 weeks. The build should take approximately 6 months.

  • Can I choose my own selections for the exterior and interior amenities?

    Yes, we are truly a custom home builder and enjoy making your home a reflection of you and your family. If you need help making your selections, we can do that too!

  • How many homes has TrendSetter Homes built?

    We average about 10 homes per year, with over 60 homes under our belt. We keep the number of homes to about 10 per year so that you and your home receive adequate attention and time. You are not just a number to Johnny and Holly.
